Animal Jam 101: Warrior Cat Roleplay (Part 2)

Clan Termology
If it's your first time role playing Warrior Cats, you may not be familiar with certain terms. Before role playing as a Warrior Cat, I advise you to read the Warrior Cat series ,by Erin Hunter, to get some background knowledge. I don't want to go too in depth so you can just find the general terms here
Here are some ways clan terms are used in role playing:

Rankings
If you join a clan, it's most likely that you're either going to start off as a kit, warrior, or an apprentice. I advise you to start off as either a kit or an apprentice if it's your first time. If you have no experience, it's good to observe people who have more experience.
Here are the different types of ranking in a clan:
Leader: (self explanatory)
Deputy: The deputy is basically like the leader's right hand man (or woman). The deputy usually leads and organizes patrols
Medicine Cat: The med. cat is like the doctor. They know everything about herbs and healing other cats. Med. cats cannot have a mate.
Medicine Cat Apprentice: Med. cat in training
Warriors: Hunts and protects the clan. They must always obey the Warrior Code.
Apprentice: Warrior in training
Queens: A she-cat expecting a kit or has a kit.
Kits: The clan's future.

Animal Jam 101: Warrior Cat Roleplaying (PART 1)

Introduction
Hello there my Random Jamsters! So, I am planning to do this series called Animal Jam 101. In this series, I will be giving some advice and tips about Animal Jam. For example, how to trade, how to pass certain levels in adventures, and how to earn more gems/diamonds. Don't worry, this series won't be the only thing I will be posting about. I will also be posting news and updates about Animal Jam!
Anyways, this series is about roleplaying (obviously). If you're new to playing AJ, you probably notice a lot of people roleplaying. As a long time player of AJ, roleplaying has always been around. Most people would roleplay about Warrior Cats, a book series written by Erin Hunter. I don't want to go into too much details about Warrior Cats, but it's mainly about a bunch of cats seperated in different clans. If you're a first time player, roleplaying can be a bit difficult. Through this short series, I will be walking you guys through on how to roleplay and things you should (and shouldn't) do! ^w^
Outfits
The outfits that you wear is very crucial when roleplaying on AJ! If you're roleplaying as a cat on AJ, don't be wearing absurd colors such as pink or purple. Try to keep the colors natural. When I first began playing AJ, I started off looking like this: (Sadly, I never was accepted to any clans...)

Besides the color, clothing has the same concept. Don't wear any clothing humans would wear. Try wearing outfits that have a tribal look to it. For example:

Wolves work the best when role playing as a cat. If you want to be a kit, use a bunny.

Clans
Now that you look more like a cat, it's time to find a clan. Finding a clan to fit in can be a bit difficult for a first timer role player. Often times people would go in Jamaa Township and say that they have a clan in their den. If you can't find anyone in Jamaa Township, try looking in Sarpeia Forest or Zios. These two places are the most common places where people would role play. If you still don't find any clans, ask some friends on AJ, who are in a clan, if you can join.

Thank you all for reading, part 2 should be posted soon. Have the most randtastic day.

Hello, it's me...

Hello my Random Jamsters! I know, it's been such a long, long time since I've blogged on here. I honestly forgot that I had a blog /).(\ I'm not quite sure if anyone still reads my blog!
It wasn't until yesterday when I went back on AJ, and I saw SO many changes. First of all, I found out that new animals were added. I had no idea they had llamas or bears! Don't even get me on the changes of the chatting system...
Anywho, it was nice to go back on Animal Jam and catch up with old friends. I've known some of my friends on AJ for about 5 years! It was so nice to meet them again. Now that I started playing AJ, I'm definately going to start posting more often. Instead of just posting news in AJ, I'll be adding some insights and tips. Anyways, big shout out to those who still stuck around to check up on my blog!

Have the most randtastic day!
